  Working with Atos Origin on a one year contract gave me exposure to many different aspects of the large IT consultancy. I worked on deploying a web portal for over 50 clients in the transport sector. I then moved on to a Business Analyst role on a major DEFRA programme and following that, I worked within the Programme Office for the same programme.

  During the 2008-2009 recession, I took the opportunity to purchase a small portfolio of apartments and retail units for rental. I spent 2 months personally renovating the apartments and appeared on the TV show Homes Under the Hammer. Since then I am continuing to grow my portfolio by buying a mixture of commercial and residential properties. I have also managed a number of renovation projects which range from modernisation to taking properties back to their shell and also converting commercial buildings to residential. Show less
