Running reports from OLMS, including costs for Employee Induction, attendance on individual certifications, sessions at risk.• Collecting and uploading attendance sheets into OLMS.• Managing all sessions at risk on a monthly basis, to ensure cancellation fees no incurred.• Meeting and greeting vendors.• Arranging training facilities/catering for all training sessions nationally.• Processing invoicing for facets of each training program• Updating Learning Centre processes on Operational SharePoint site.• Coordination of registrations for Employee Induction’s run on a weekly basis, including setting up of room/catering/attendance sheets/putting together Induction Packs. The main responsibilities included the following:• Management of the Driver Academy for 260 Drivers over a 3 year rollout. Tasks range from vendor management, location of training rooms, arrangement of flights/accommodation, invoicing through to evaluation. • Preparation and analysis of monthly KPI and compliance reports for all Drivers within the business. Data included assessments, medicals, mandatory licensing and all attended/non attended training as per compliance matrix (ie. Heavy Vehicle, BFM, eLearns etc).• Coordination and scheduling of all training, vendor management, sending of invitations, venue management, coordination of catering/equipment, updating attendance records, invoicing through to data entry on Compliance/Training spreadsheet.• Coordination of all eLearn training, using Learning Seat (LMS for Drivers) and BP LMS for all Regional Depot staff. Assisting learners with login/password’s, uploading certificates, IT access etc.Key Achievements:• Analysis of Chain of Responsibility training within the BP Regional business. Provided key stakeholders (Operations Management, HSE Management) with a project plan, presented a key information session to Executives within BP, providing risks, legislative gaps and importance of training.• Deployment, tracking and reporting of the Noise Awareness e-learn across the National Fleet business.• Facilitation of a “Lunch and Learn” for the Thinking on your Feet program.• Prepared Stop for Safety Analysis for BP Regional Operations Management Committee for over 450 staff, using Evaluation Sheets and questionnaires for key data. Key analysis was used for future sessions.• Contextualized, implemented and coordinated full roll out of Manual Handling training to all Drivers and Operational employee’s nationally within a 6 month period.
