  Joined MTNL as Management Trainee- HR and during my career with MTNL got exposure of Corporate HR Activities like Corporate Recruitment(Management Employees) & Industrial Relations.Prior to Joining MTNL had a long service with Indian Railways with PF A/c No 11751356. Wherein I have Joined Indian Railways through Vocational Course in Railway Commercial (IV Batch) at South Central Railway, Secunderabad in the year 2005. Passed out VCRC and posted as Ticket Collector - Tandur Railway station, Ranga Reddy District, Andhra Pradesh on 06 th November 1997. I was transferred as Ticket Collector Kazipet Junction Dist Warangal Andhrapradesh. In the year 2000 got Promoted as Travelling Ticket Examiner at Kazipet Depot and worked in various teams like Checking/Sqaud and Amenities till I resigned on 24th November 2004. Show less

Handling directly Industrial Relations & Organisatonal Development initiatives at Plant level like Productivity Improvement, Union Interface, Discipline Management, Compensation and Benefits and implementing the Career Development Policy and Long Term Settlement at plant/ individual level.Effective March 2010 positioned as Officer - Competency Management at North West Zone, Ahmedabad - handling various activities like facilitating Competency Development Review Committees, Manpower Planning, Industrial Relations, Compenstion & Benefits, payroll Activities, Manpower Outsourcing (Temporary Manpower), Union activities, General Administration, Discipline, Training Development & Execution(Module) Non Management employees.Effective 23rd July 2007 and Upto march 2010 was positioned as Officer HR at Zonal level (West Zone) Mumbai handled various Zonal Level HR activities like Compensatipon & Benefits especially Processing of Housing loans, Career Progression policy of Non Management Employees.Joined HPCL on 23rd July 2006 as Officer Trainee and during the One Year long Training Period was exposed to various HR activities like Compensation & Benefits, Career Progression of Non Management Employees and Processing Housing Loans to the Company Employees.After resigning from Railways on 22nd November have Joined Delhi Unit of Mahanagar Telephone Nigam Limited - A Navaratna Company as Management Trainee on 24th November 2004. Had gained first experience in Industrial Relations and worked in the Corporate Office till (my resignation) 21st July 2006.Started my Career with the largest employer of the country and Second Largest in the World i.e, Indian Railways on 07th November 1997. Got Foundation in people skills while working as a Front line Executive i.e, Ticket Collector and Travelling Ticket Examiner at Secunderabad Division of South Central Railway. Show less
