      My team and I created the first-ever public people analytics reports for AIESEC Canada. We also implemented the first bilingual surveys for over 600 members of AIESEC Canada with over 85% survey completion rate.This is the beginning of my love for Excel.https://www.aiesec.ca/ "Teamwork makes the dream work."My team and I grew AIESEC Saskatoon from "up for disbandment" status to an award-nominated local chapter in one year, despite COVID-19. I led 2 executives and 20 members; and managed about 50 customers and 3 advisors. Our retention rate grew from 60% to 93%.I made a lot of mistakes, but I also learned a ton along the way. This is my most rewarding leadership role thus far. My Marketing team and I launched campaigns to promote international exchange opportunities (pre-COVID-19) and content regarding mental health (during COVID-19). We grew the number of post-interaction by 100%.I won the "Best Roast" award for my meme-making skill 🏆 I faced my public speaking fear.

      I issued and managed around 14,000 UBC ID cards and a campus-wide key inventory. I was also promoted to supervise 7 new employees after two weeks on the job, during a record-high busy period.I became too good at the English alphabet while organizing ID cards in alphabetical order. I compiled and sorted 6642 entries with minimal errors (the highest number across the data entry team) about the social media use of university professors across the US. I also analyzed over 200 tweets and created an extensive report about virtue signalling on social media.
