Show less A14 Cambridge to Huntingdon Scheme (2016-2019)Leading on the work to introduce new Permanent Traffic Regulation Orders for the A14/A1, to introduce motorway style Orders on a Trunk Road for the first time: Variable Mandatory Speed Limits and additional prohibitions.Leading the project team in delivering the submission to DfT for the re-classification of the A14 between Girton and new Ellington junction and the A1 Alconbury to Brampton to motorway status. Co-ordinating the Highways England and ACJV workstreams to meet project milestones. Liaising across the project Integrated Delivery Team and across departments within Highways England to ensure the application for upgrade is robust and fully meets requirements.Supporting on Designated Funds projects and various other workstreams for the scheme.I also facilitate sessions for the project's IFE (Injury Free Environment) training, all staff from Highways England and JVC partners through to sub-contractors and agency staff attend.I am one of the project’s Mental Health Ambassadors. Show less Working across the project Integrated Delivery Team and Highways England teams to ensure the acquisition of land for the A14 C2H improvement scheme.The largest HE scheme to utilise the General Vesting Declaration process of Compulsory Purchase, developing processes to ensure the acquisition of land was completed in line with legislation and the scheme construction timescales were met.Co-ordinating the production and issue of legal notices and documentation for land scheme-wide, liaising closely with the design and construction teams. Managing the process for the official sealing and authorisation of the drawings included in the Vesting notices, with HE teams.Responding to enquiries from land owners, tenants and land agents regarding the process of land acquisition and investigating and resolving any issues that arose as part of this process.
