I assisted in the update course ware set up a new training schedule. In January 2003 I was promoted to the next rank of Gunnery Sergeant. My additional duty assignments were the Chief instructor of all Marines at NMCITC, Assistant SNCOIC and SNCOIC of the ceremonies of two Marine Corps Balls.
