Planned and executed this on-prem service to the Azure cloud platform. Owned this migration from planning, catalogue and categorizing, ensuring compliances/regulations, and streamlining the maintenance after migration. Extensively worked on automating application development lifecycle through Continuous Integration and Continuous Delivery. Worked with cross-functional teams (development/testing, deployment, systems/infrastructure) and project teams to ensure CI/CD automation progression. Enabled the development teams of (2 teams of 12 and 14 members) to prioritize customer issues based on high impact and control/regulations needs. Managed the end-end delivery of the feature/bug-fix from planning to product release. This helped to streamline and increase teams’ velocity by 50%Took the lead as an agile coach to facilitate the PI Planning event, including acting as master of ceremonies, managing the time-boxed agenda, coordinating key reviews and decisions, and ensuring results of planning are recorded.
