  Process and Business Analysis lead for the Geospatial Future Mode of Operation (GFMO). As one of 5 stream leads for the overall project, this role involved identifying the current Geospatial activities, and creating the roadmap for consolidation of all legacy jurisdictional Geospatial processes. As part of this project, I lead the creation of a geospatial Business Capability Model for Council, which identified all geospatial processes, infrastructure, stakeholders and data sets. This included a dependency analysis of relationships to each other, and how they fit into the overall council enterprise level business capabilities . This project won the ESRI global Special Achievement in GIS (SAG) award, selected from thousands of other projects, as well as the ALGIM award in Local Government Information Management in New Zealand.Geospatial data migration coordinator for the Auckland Council Asset Management stream 2 project (ACAMS).
