      Process and Business Analysis lead for the Geospatial Future Mode of Operation (GFMO). As one of 5 stream leads for the overall project, this role involved identifying the current Geospatial activities, and creating the roadmap for consolidation of all legacy jurisdictional Geospatial processes. As part of this project, I lead the creation of a geospatial Business Capability Model for Council, which identified all geospatial processes, infrastructure, stakeholders and data sets. This included a dependency analysis of relationships to each other, and how they fit into the overall council enterprise level business capabilities .
