  Responsible for supporting the talent development of AIBs Senior Leaders and High Potentials. Ensured a suitable pipeline of valued talent was identified and developed appropriately through the management of our Senior Leader High Potential process. Formulated and communicated process timelines and responsibilities, maintained stakeholder management of key parties and coached High Potentials on their Leadership assessment results.Planned, developed and ran Leadership Masterclasses, organising monthly events where International Thought leaders spoke to 200 + of our Senior Leaders on pertinent Leadership topics. Facilitated group sessions on topics such as Leadership Development, Career Development, Effective Teams, DiSC styles, Resilience, Wellbeing and Coaching. Standardised the quality and cost of External Leadership coaching in AIB by implementing an approved centralised Coaching Panel. Designed an expression of interest form, vetted submissions, developed a new internal process, negotiated with our procurement department, communicated with successful and unsuccessful coaches and trained BPs on the new process.
