Hiring and guiding a team of software engineers to consistently achieve project deadlines. Currently managing and overseeing the operation of 3 teams managing 3 projects.- Lead the architecture planning and execution for a customer satisfaction measurement project. Successfully delivered a real-time dashboard with the capability to process over 100 million data points into a dashboard in less than 3 seconds load time. The dashboard accommodates concurrent usage by 150+ users, each employing distinctive filters across 10 different categories. The system handles a daily influx of over 1 million new data points without experiencing any performance degradation.- Scaling a legacy system for an initiative to handle 9x times of the load. By using modern open-source technologies and best practices we managed to save a government entity 360k AED in hosting and licensing yearly costs. Also developed native Android app to make and receive calls using Kotlin and webRTC. - Contributed to a specialized company's medical pod room projects by seamlessly integrating hardware programming with user-friendly software interfaces using native C programming. Collaborated with vendors for sourcing and integrating medical equipment, enabling customers to undergo health checks within the pod rooms and conveniently access and track results through smart applications.- Led the strategic development of robust online grocery and fruit stores, orchestrating intricate operations such as inventory management, billing systems, and end-to-end frontend and backend solutions.- Experience in frontend using modern technologies such as Angular, Material, Tailwind and Bootstrap.
