Jun 2022 - May 2024I ended up filling in two roles within the BAIM Association due to headcount constraints:What did I do? (Generally)- Service 80+ business analytics students (~50 avg. attendance / ~400 students in major) through organization events.- Recruited, screened, and interviewed >10 candidates for positions on committees within the organization- Led 16 committee members (10 in Marketing, 6 in Operations) across various projects ranging from graphics, branding, targeting strategies, communications, process improvement, policies and procedures, and role design. This includes giving them feedback, guidance, and more.- Onboarded 25 committee members (across all committees, some were screened via event participation.)- Met weekly with committees, board, and other mentors/advisors on areas for improvement, and immediate needs.- Coordinated with alumni, faculty, advisors, and other groups within the business school to build a better organization for the future.Quantifiable Improvements (Through March '24)- Increased attendance by approx. 230% (F'22-S'23, Avg. 24 --> F'23-S'24, Avg. 57)- Increased engagement (likes) on socials by approx. 200% (F'22-S'23, Avg. 20 --> F'23-S'24, Avg. 41)Organizational Transformation Efforts- Led initiatives to start tracking new metrics + data points.
