  From Vector’s perspective, I’ve been with the company for six years my job comprise a repertoire of responsibilities such as charging/ billing of customers for storage and handling of stock ( Finance), capturing of customer’s orders, Time and Attendance, attending to customer’s claims and queries related to short loaded stock, returned damaged stock, incorrectly loaded stock and extra loaded stock. In all the positions I have held I have approached them as an opportunity for career advancement.I’m an Administrator very strong on my customer service skills, I have an ability to resolve what could be difficult situations, I have learned to effectively understand and resolve customer issues.
