  Holly Hayes is the President and Founder of ISI Consulting. She brings passion and creative vision to everything she does. Holly has a unique ability to work with both academic and community-based groups to maximize their impact. She has established a strong track record of successful initiatives developed and sustained by staff and volunteers, and her efforts have ranged from small community organizations to multi-million-dollar investments. She is an action Generator.She is an organizational consultant and an internationally accredited facilitator and trainer. Her knowledge of community engagement, evaluation, facilitation, continuous quality improvement, and strategic planning is wide-ranging. Holly’s work with businesses, non-profits, public agencies, and academic institutions gives her a unique insight into organizational development. She is passionate about moving ideas into action and has created engaging techniques to unlock each organization’s potential. Holly holds a Master of Science Degree in Public Health from the University of South Carolina, a Bachelors of Science degree in Biology from Converse College, and has received additional training through numerous quality improvement, facilitation, community development and evaluation training programs. She received the designation of Project Manager Professional (PMP) by the Project Management Institute and the Improvement Advisor designation from the Institute for Healthcare Improvement. She also holds a Green Belt in Six Sigma from Villanova University. She carries an international certification as a Certified ToP® Facilitator (CTF) through the Institute of Cultural Affairs and and is currently serving on the Board of Directors for the ToP Network.
