This project changed the way Brown does business by automating paper-driven, labor-intensive processes and by replacing the aging HR, Payroll & Finance computer systems that were costly to maintain and difficult to support. As the Senior Project Manager, I was responsible for over 70 internal and vendor resources and multiple concurrent projects.November 2010 - July 2011Assumed leadership of the PRISM (Planning, Reporting, Information & Salary Management) project for Brown's IT organization (CIS) at a critical stage and delivered a successful production implementation.- Quickly acclimated to the environment and organization.
