       Demand Planning, forecasting and Inventory management – Lead demand planning with local commercial stakeholders and distributors, prepare forecasting for reagents and instruments and place relevantmonthly orders to the Regional Planning Team. Importation and Customs Clearance – Coordinate all inbound shipments with the Regional Team and source, ensuring timely delivery. Work with the Supply Chain Manager for process improvement initiatives in the country. KPI, QA process and cost improvement - Act as lead for preparing, monitoring, and improving all Supply Chain related KPIs for the country. Ensure quality compliance on Supply Chain activities and endeavour to enhance processes. Stakeholder Management – Act as a key coordinator between primary stakeholders (commercial, finance, Quality Assurance, 3PLwarehouse) and ensure smooth and transparent product and data flow. Spare Parts Management - Coordinate with Ortho Care team members to maintain an adequate spare parts inventory.
