       Responsible for developing, managing and implementing Facilities Management Services across the region. Maintaining operational and commercial compliance with the Client and Company’s expectations. Establish effective lines of communication with the Client and Client staff across the region, ensuring service standards exceed expectations.  Develop Client relationship to grow the business across the region where opportunities arise, and co-ordinate regular reviews between customers and CBRE to enhance the client relationship. Review & monitor account finances on an ongoing basis, ensuring monthly accounts, accruals, variances are accurate and budgets adhered to.  Oversee the implementation and performance of FM delivery across the region by establishing close working relationships with Service Partners. Ensure all staff and contractors are aware of their responsibilities under the contract, monitor, measure and provide feedback on performance.  Monitor Transaction and Project Management activity in the region, liaising with the TM and PjM teams as appropriate and attending meetings/calls relating to each location.  Manage, motivate and develop the CBRE teams in each location, including regular performance management reviews, team meetings and goal setting. Consult/work with the Client on staffing models/strategies to ensure the engagement with, support for, and commitment to, the people management approach for the Account Ensure that the region is fully compliant with CBRE HSSE and Quality Management programmer at all times by participating in site audits and training as necessary Show less
