      PROJECT: $7M contract from the Department of National Defence (DND) for bomb suits with integrated chemical/biological protection.Goal: Supply Canadian Forces with world’s most sophisticated protection platform, supporting documentation & training.Challenges: Focused on quality ILS & other data deliverables to minimize documentation revisions, costs, schedule impacts.Actions and Results: Led personnel from Engineering, Integrated Logistic Support (ILS) & Product Line Departments through execution & delivery of contract; managed project budget; provided regular updates to senior leaders, DND, Public Works and Government Services Canada; set/met target to build/supply life-saving equipment.--PROJECT: Introduction of Global Business Intelligence (BI) Tool.Goal: Replace outdated BI tool with $400K project budget.Actions: Led personnel from Finance, Sales, Operations, and IT Departments through structured deployment process; developed project schedule with external technology implementation team; supervised creation of three data cubes; managed project budget; provided monthly risk management updates.Challenges: Resistance from most users; competing priorities.Result: Tool was eventually accepted.--PROJECT: Consolidation of Specialty Tool Kits.Goal: Consolidate/advance two brands of market leading bomb disposal kits totaling 300+ specialized components.Actions: Led cross-functional team from Canada and the UK – first product development project between the 2 locations; managed complete reconfiguration & transfer of kits & new product documentation.Challenges: Overcoming product biases within the joint development team’s legacy heritage, time zones, incompatible software systems for product design.Result: Introduced new kits (on time/budget, risk managed) for global product launch.
