  A project assistant on ground, make the hands dirty, work in the Centrifugal Compressor test rig. Setting up test environment and instrument the machine, develop compressor performance code, 3D modelling for micro gas turbine components. A steep learning curve along with a very strict and deciplined guide to steer my career in right direction. Kudos to my guide!

  It was an extravagant work for me as a Global program manager for NPI, GE M&C. Managing a product development project from concept design till market with a true global team was really an ingesting journey in 2.5yrs. A project of USD 2MM, and the product's market stake of USD 12MM was keeping us on our toes. Overall, starting from design, prototyping, testing, manufacturing and certification was purely a power pack project top handle. Through various humps and bumps, we successfully completed the project within stringent timeline and cost target.. Envisioned more such project to manage. Show less

  A dual role as OPs lead for System &Subsystem design and Principal Performance engineer. In this 2.5yrs, a step change had to happen to this "new born" organization. So here we were. Setting up new/revised processes, define & implementation of project structure, Quality assessment preparation.. It was a real marathon that I covered along with an extraordinary small dedicated team.   I contacted through third party as a Project Manager, for NPI projects. Leading a project for sub sea product development, worth USD 4MM project, completed in 1.5yrs. It was a phenomenal task that I felt, as a team we have achieved. An extremely talented multidisciplinary global team also highly challenged project environment. All together, i would say, I was challenged pretty hard through this project but successfully made it happen.
