I also manage the 7 Standard of Care which is safety Management, Security Management, Hazardous Materials and Waste Management, Emergency Management, Fire Safety Management, Medical Equipment Management, Utility Management. Reports at least quarterly to hospital performance improvement committees with an annual comprehensive assessment of the effectiveness of the environment of care program to the Governing Body of the hospital. Utilize appropriate leadership skill in delegating, organizing, and educating coworkers.
