   Maintain efficient day-2-day terminal operations involving tank farm management, pre-startup & shutdown procedures, confirming manifolds and valves line-up, monitoring of metering systems, loading operation, communication with field officers and operators for efficient and effective operation.  Monitor QA/QC(ASTM/API) procedures e.g. density, distillation, Abel and Pensky-Martins flash point, RON, RVP on product samples in terminal laboratory prior to vessel discharge operations and daily loading while ensuring product is compliant with NMDPRA regulations.  Support HSSE on ‘goal zero’ target and safe execution of operational activities.  Monitoring terminal critical process parameters; pressure gauge, loading flow rate, corrosion rate.  Monitoring of daily meter readings for all products for efficient inventory tracking from the CCR using data acquired from a SATAM Equavision automation system. Monitor and coordinate vessel tanker cargo survey, discharge-hose connection, shore tank nomination and preparation, pipeline line up and cargo discharge operations into shore storage facility.  Review PTW along with maintenance team and contractors to ensure job is carried out safely and in accordance with terminal standards operating procedure.  Collaborates with government agencies, such as NCS, NNS, NMDPRA, and Port health, on terminal documentation and approvals to ensure smooth vessel discharge and loading operations. Participate in daily PEP talks, toolbox and terminal meetings for effective planning and risk analysis.
