  • Working in a 24x7 NOC Environment as a Back Office engineer to provide support for FO in Dawiyat Project.• Responding to faults according to the agreed SLA and handling all technical troubleshooting procedures from analyzing/finding the root-cause of the fault till resolving it.• Level 2 troubleshooting for DWDM (ONS 15454 & NCS 2006), SDH, DXC, RTU, ASR 9k & NCS technologies.• Configuration and troubleshooting for MPLS Layer 2 & 3 VPN services.• Configuring, troubleshooting & monitoring Cisco Routers (ASR 903, 907) using SSH client and Cisco EPNM.
