   Management responsibilities on various training programs and managing the different training phases including evaluating the training needs, creating and managing training plans, providing the training programs, monitoring & controlling and evaluating the outcome of the training.  Managing the training related products and services including determining internal and external training, purchasing of the training related services and products in addition to involving the competent resources, enhancing the ownership of the whole training process and ensuring process success. Managing the evaluation process for the needed competencies and training through business best practices. Gap analysis and aligning the training needs with the organization goals are used among other procedures in this stage. Managing the creation of training plans taking into consideration the constraints exist in organization, training methods, training specifications, trainer selection and many others. Managing training execution and training support. Evaluating training outcome by collecting data, saving it to databases, producing business intelligence reports and enhancing the training process based on evaluation results. The main projects I worked on are: King Abdullah II award for Excellence and Transparency and managing hundreds of training programs for thousands of trainees. Training programs include management training, technical training and many other fields.
