The PD Operations Team Lead manages a team of PD Specialists who are responsible for working with content experts across the district and/or District vendors/consultants to design research-based, high quality and needs-driven training resources and/or data tools to implement department critical work. The Team Lead is responsible for intense and close review of content and/or technical development to ensure alignment to needs and project vision; and production of high-quality resources. The PD Operations Team Lead manages the development, implementation, and evaluation of work projects.+ Works with PD Team Manager(s) and/or Assistant Superintendent to determine priorities such as training needed and designed, application solutions for content delivery, alignment to District priorities, etc., and to decide what mode of delivery is most effective - classroom, on-line, hybrid, etc. + Structures and manages the work of a team of PD Specialists to ensure quality, efficient, aligned design.
