  Oversight and direction of all Behavior Services and Autism programs and services for Area Cooperative Educational Services (ACES). This includes a wide array program-specific and individualized science-based supports for students, teachers, parents and communities in more than 25 school districts located in south-central Connecticut. The ACES team boasts nearly two dozen Board Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBAs) and over a hundred direct-line staff. It provides consultation, program development, direction, and assistance across a broad spectrum of topic areas including behavior analysis, behavior management, autism, special education, pedagogical systems, instructional strategies, data systems, child development, and ecological analysis and modification.
