      As a manager, the challenges increased, in a short time in the position the main challenge was in addition to maintaining the new SLA deadline, maintaining the quality of the delivery without losing the team's motivation. I created a QA team, worked on it initially to form and develop all the processes that are applied today. I worked with the rest of the team to improve data reading and we created template projects for data presentation. Main results: • Automated some processes that were time consuming, such as the use of several formulas in excel, improvement of the Dashboard, in addition to a validation system and delivery of Quality Assurance data. • Creation of a quality team. • Implementation of the Monday platform in the processes to help the financial, HR and task control sectors. With this organization, we became much more active and holders of internal processes in order to visualize GAPs of team knowledge, equalization of task time among everyone on the team, in addition to creating a history so that any manager could quickly access whenever necessary.
