Main results: • Automated some processes that were time consuming, such as the use of several formulas in excel, improvement of the Dashboard, in addition to a validation system and delivery of Quality Assurance data. • Creation of a quality team. • Implementation of the Monday platform in the processes to help the financial, HR and task control sectors. With this organization, we became much more active and holders of internal processes in order to visualize GAPs of team knowledge, equalization of task time among everyone on the team, in addition to creating a history so that any manager could quickly access whenever necessary.
