  In my current role as a Cluster Manager at Anudip Foundation for social welfare, I am responsible for identifying potential partners within the education sector. By leveraging my research skills and building strategic relationships, I am able to secure partnerships with academic institutions as well as government agencies involved in skill development initiatives. This resulted in increased opportunities, enhanced program visibility, Operations Management, team Building and Motivation. Overall, being a Center Manager at Anudip Foundation would involve a combination of administrative, educational, and community engagement responsibilities. It's a role that plays a significant role in helping marginalized individuals improve their livelihoods and access better opportunities through digital skills training. My vision as a Web and Graphic Design faculty member at Anudip Foundation was to inspire and empower students to become proficient and confident digital creators. I aimed to guide them in acquiring not only technical skills but also the creativity and critical thinking necessary to excel in the dynamic digital landscape. By nurturing their talents and providing real-world insights, I aspired to contribute to Anudip's mission of transforming lives through technology education.
