      Marketing manager

I wrote all web content and redesigned the agency website. I conceptualized, planned, implemented and evaluated award-winning internal and external marketing/communications campaigns targeting people from various cultural backgrounds, marginalized communities, staff, students and volunteers. I planned and organized media campaigns and agency events including the Annual General Meeting; produced magazines, brochures and designed, wrote and regularly produced two internal newsletters easing the communication process between staff, the Executive Director and board during a time of agency-wide change. I analyzed complex documents, synthesized contents with field representative interviews and communicated information using simple language to a variety of audiences. I displayed exceptional interpersonal and communications skills when connecting with internal and external stakeholders and delivered marketing related seminars and provided marketing assistance and advice to programs and staff at all levels.
