  I developed safe manual handling and ergonomic training programs with the aim of reducing musculoskeletal injuries. This was in conducted through the training department with assistance from the site physiotherapist. I also worked on improving high-risk tasks by conducting manual handling assessments across the site and suggest implementation strategies.
