      I worked with two different groups in the club where I developed and executed workouts based off a year long plan. One group was a casual swim group which I grew from 5 members to 25 members over a period of only ten months which turned a group which was losing money to one of the most profitable groups in the club.

      I was hired into this position for a project to build the floor operations of the company's quality assurance department, leading a team of personnel to develop and implement a framework for conducting production line inspections. Now, I am responsible for aiding in the creation of digitized farm management system incorporating ERP, working with technical teams and communicating the needs of quality department. I successfully built the floor operations by compiling lists of strict governmental regulations and standards, creating checklists for both health and consumer quality requirements, and coordinating with production staff to effectively convey quality needs and requirements. This resulted in dramatically increased confidence in product quality. Within my current responsibilities, I:- Work closely with production and project management teams to ensure smooth implementation of new systems, effectively communicating quality assurance needs, liaising updates or concerns, and maintaining relationships to foster collaborative working environment. - Provide subject matter expertise regarding quality assurance issues and processes for project to develop farm management system. Work with program developers to ensure quality assurance requirements are properly incorporated into programming, participating in weekly meetings, issuing regular updates to project manager, and delivering weekly update summaries to Vice President. - Work with quality assurance team to perform regular inspections of widely varying products, testing for adherence to health regulations and requirements, and product quality. Maintain documentation of inspections for auditing purposes and to aid in identifying common issues and areas of improvement.- Utilize inspection results to develop improvements to products and production processes, utilizing corrective action and preventative action (CAPA) system to identify deviations or mistakes, and aid in solving systemic issues.
