Show less - Recipe Validation: Test and validate all developed recipes before they are sent to menu planning for guideline and flavor evaluations in order to achieve above target recipe scores and to ensure positive consumer experience. Make and suggest changes to recipes based on organoleptics and previously proven successes on menu. Make final approvals for recipes moving forward to online menu and prevent recipes with high risk factors from going to menu. Owning multiple databases and using research and risk analysis to aid in building out the online menu. Tracking learnings of consumer insights from recipe data analyzed weekly. Show less
