Performed diagnostic testing for various hematological and metabolic assays. Hematological assays include hemoglobin, platelet and white blood cell (WBC) concentrations for newborns. These series of tests were performed on a Sysmex-9100 analyzer for hematological screenings and a Beckman-Coulter AU480 for special chemistry assays. Metabolic assays include clinical chemistries consisting of creatinine, glucose, HDL, LDL and lipid concentrations. These tests were performed on a Beckman-Coulter AU480 chemistry analyzer. Prepared various reagents, including calibration and quality-control material, as well as nitric acid solutions for monthly analyzer maintenance. Show less

➢ Leveraged Next.js’s Pages Router to fully automate dynamic routing, as well as code-splitting for increased performance and server-side rendering for the entire ticket lifecycle.➢ Incorporated the NextResponse API for the simple creation and handling of HTTP requests to manipulate ticket data and set request/response headers for the correct API route.➢ Established a 1NF, ACID-compliant database with MongoDB to securely store ticket data.➢ Deployed the entire application using Vercel while securely integrating database dependencies and environment variables via MongoDB’s data platform. Show less ➢ Implemented React’s Component-Based Architecture to create reusable functionality for testable, intuitive components➢ Employed Express’s routing system via CRUD functionality to direct client actions within controller-based methods➢ Synchronized PostgreSQL with Passport API to securely store and dynamically authenticate client actions➢ Assimilated Webpack with Babel to bundle and transpile the entire application for reproducibility and efficient compiling for a production-ready state Show less ➢ Utilized React’s Presentational Pattern to dynamically render and sync client actions to separate business from functional logic➢ Implemented MongoDB/Mongoose to store and manipulate client data from a standardized, schema-based model to ensure network validity and facilitate efficient and secure client transactions➢ Incorporated Axios for simplified client-to-server HTTP request/response cycles to ensure robust communication and secure data manipulation➢ Applied Express’s Middleware design pattern to accommodate multiple backend processes, such as customized request/response cycles and controller-based methods for discrete functionality Show less
