  Key member of the Integware management team, working with peers on company strategy planning, weekly management meetings and company meetings. Outside of working with the management team, this role involves the following responsibilities:1. Leading the Consulting and Products Team: Mentor and professionally develop the members of Integware’s consulting staff and products maintenance team, and place them on work assignments that best suit their skills and the customer’s needs. This requires considerable planning and understanding of project scope, customer needs and staffing capabilities and temperament. 2. Streamlining Operations: Focused on reducing SG&A as a percentage of revenue enabling a much higher net income. In 2012 and 2013 eliminated hundreds of thousands of dollars in unnecessary operating costs. A large part of this savings has come from moving much of Integware’s infrastructure to a cloud based model. 3. Select Consulting: Performs consulting services on an as needed basis in the medical device industry. Example assignments have included: project management, data migration and deployment support for large enterprise PLM systems.4. Business Development: Work closely with others at Integware to develop new business opportunities. Spend considerable time networking with others in the medical device and PLM industries as well as attending trade events. Over the past few years have helped or been directly responsible for securing a number of new projects for Integware. Worked closely to develop and refine revenue forecasts on a weekly basis.   In addition to Integware responsibilities during 2012, acted as Chief Executive Officer for Jetbox. Lead a team of talented engineers to develop four patent-pending experimental products and an entirely new methodology (IC5 Turbo) to deploy PLM for customers with limited time or budgets. The technology allows deployment teams to reduce PLM deployment times by over 80% and has so far been used with several customers. As a result of the Jetbox work, the core iC5 Turbo methodology and products are now available to consulting teams (like Integware) when working with customers with more constrained schedules and budgets. During this time, maintained oversight of the most critical aspects of my VP of Operation responsibilities for Integware. Since early 2013 have fully resumed VP of Operations responsibilities for Integware. Show less
