  1. Compile and Authorize leave cases sanctioned by the Competent Authority such as Ex-Pakistan Leave, Leave Preparatory to Retirement/Leave Encashment, Medical Leave, Maternity Leave and other leaves as per Bank’s Policy.2. Arranging issuance of No Objection Certificates/Experience Certificates for obtaining Passport/Renewal of Passport and to apply for Visit Visa to International Countries as per Bank’s Policy.3. Management of all type of Leave Database of Head Office/Regional Offices/Branches on monthly basis.4. Monitoring for implementation of HR Leave Policy in the Bank.5. Correspondence with all Division/Departments at Head Office/Regional Offices/Allied Offices & Branches regarding leave matters.6. Initiating Office Note for Ex-Pakistan Leave/LPR/Retirement/Pre-mature Retirement of employees after completing all formalities.7. Filing and Forwarding of Fit & Proper Test Form of newly appointed key executives to State Bank of Pakistan.8. Monitoring of all contractual employees for their renewal/non-renewal of service contract with the bank on daily basis.9. Initiating Office Notes for Extension/Non-Extension in service contracts of contractual employees subsequent to their letters.10. Absorption of contractual employees in the regular cadre of the Bank as per recommendations by Group Heads/Heads and approval of the competent Authority.11. Responsible for Transfers/Postings of employees in the Bank at Head Office level through initialing Office Note for approval of Competent Authority.12. Arranging of Staff Orders such as Transfer/Posting, Retirement Order and any other orders as per Bank’s policy.13. Any other task assigned by the Supervisor. Show less
