  As a QCM I coordinate cross functional product quality related cases within a x-functional quality-team with responsibility to analyse quality reports and complaints from market units and internal instances. If deficiencies are found, the QCM will recommend countermeasures and participate during the issue solving process. Working as Sales Manager, my responsibility is to initiate and perform activities to improve market shares, long-term profitability and customer satisfaction within the Nordic region. I focus on managing existing business as well as prospecting, budgeting and sales results. Acting as Team Leader for our Quality Case Management team for about a year meaning leading and developing our quality and campaign team members. Working as a Market Support Manager for region EM&APAC (Emerging markets, Acia & Pacific) meant I had responcibility to ensure that we established and secured technical knowledge, assistance and the correct quality needed for the eight Volvo Penta market units I was responsible for.This meant to activly coach, lead and educate global teams to common goals and KPIs. Working within R&D I both had a mechanical role where led technical engine investigations but also a role where I was responsible for the sound & vibration engine test cell. Responsible for the test cell I rigged engines, performed planned and executed tests - Then made reports on the tests performed which later was analyzed.
