  My role is to meet with customers on a face-to-face appointment basis to discuss their individual life insurance requirements. Appointments are made by key stakeholders within the business such as mortgage advisers. I guide customers through a computer based process to set up new personalised policies as well as servicing existing business. Customer rapport is a vital aspect of my role as customers buy more into the information I present if they feel they have built a trusting relationship with me, ultimately delivering a memorable customer experience. I also coach my stakeholders both one-to-one and within group sessions to help them identify when customers would have the need to discuss their life insurance requirements. Depending on my audience I cater the session to the needs of the stakeholders. I have on occasion adapted my coaching sessions to suit the level of the stakeholders, some may be a new member of staff who require me to take the information back to a grass roots level however some are more experienced and only require a refresher training session to bring them up to speed with current terms and conditions. I have prepared training packs for presentations and have on occasion conducted training sessions over the phone with use of software such as Powerpoint.My role is suited to me as a passion for helping customers and explaining different products and services that are available. I provide customers with peace of mind should the worst were to happen. Show less
