This included the analysis and review of all banking and collection procedures for each division reporting to the region, consolidation of results and producing specific currency reports to the HQ treasury. My main achievement was the implementation of a computerized banking system for the region and the evolving of the treasury function, taking full control over cash balances and managing liquidity, in an effort to optimize use of the region operating cash resources.
