  Working in a development team to enhance Yokogawa's involvement in renewable energy and other sustainable solutions. Following up on the directive in the long term business plan for the Yokogawa group. Responsible for daily guidance and long term development of a multidisciplinary team of (site) engineers.Technical and project-related input for acquisition and execution of modification projects in DCS, Safety Systems, SCADA and MES.Assistance in planning of resources. Continuation of activities as site engineerwith added responsibility for mentoring and development of more junior engineers, leading mixed teams in (site) projects, involvement in technical and procedural quality of the department. Transferred to Yokogawa Europe Solutions B.V. in function of Site Engineer.As Site Engineer was involved in expansion and maintenance of existing systems on customers' sitesand designed, implemented and commissioned control applications to optimize customers' process control. The function of Technical Support Engineer evolved from Commissioning Engineer.The added responsibility of Technical Support Engineer is to actively think with the customer about added value from installed systems or other Yokogawa components, and about solutions for specific customer problems with Yokogawa and/or third party solutions. Became actual employee of Yokogawa after working with the company as contractor for some time.As Commissioning Engineer I engineered and commissioned system expansions and application modifications for existing site installations of various customers.
