  As Weighmaster I had to precisely measure and mix various chemicals to produce welding products in the Flux Core, and Mig varieties. I had to schedule when the products would get out and keep track of over 200 types of chemicals.As the Manager of Shipping and Receiving I had to coordinate foreign and domestic customer orders, company supply schedules, and keep in communication with shipping vendors including UPS, Fed Ex, DHL, plus multiple large freight shipping companies.

  Running the second shift of the company, I had to produce medical surgical supplies, proudly often out producing the first shift. I often had to run up to seven machines at at time, including CNC lathes, CNC mills, CNC saws, EDM drilling machines, and Water Jets.

  My latest project had been developing the process for the creation of a multitude of styles of graphite electrodes of varying sizes and geometries. I also ran a crew supplying the aerospace division with electrodes to mainly produce turbines/jet engines, having to complete production scheduling, ordering, programming, CAD work, and continue good relationships with vendors.

  Finding that my niche in life is organization and business development, I ventured out on my own. First with Enterprise Tool and Engineering domestically, and then also into the foreign market with multiple styles of business. Types of business successfully started and continuing to run include engineering (US), manufacturing (US), UXO demolition (US), electronic sales distribution (Polynesia, based out of Samoa), tutoring services (Bangladesh, South Korea, New Zealand), and non profit support (US, Canada, New Zealand).
