  As a weekend F&B supervisor at the tri star, my roles entailed planning and scheduling roles for my Gardens' Waiters and Waitress team, overseeing the night shift activities and initiating interns . Besides top notch end of year non managerial employee awards, my waiters and waitress team had the greatest employee retention and internee recruitment. Our sales contribution to the hotel rose to 65% and the hotel grew from a single 🌟 to a three 🌟 level over my 4year engagement.

  On this Bill and Melinda Gates Funded program hosted at Makerere University Agricultural Research Institute Kabanyoro. My role was to develope 20 Hybrid sweet potato lines from 3 excellent landraces and 2 American exotic cultivars. I developed sixteen progeny families that have been taken on for reversion trials. I also assisted in tissue culture work for rapid multiplication and screening of the progeny clones. My role gave me opportunity to feature on three National Agricultural Expos as a Trainer on the rapid crop multiplication techniques.My undergraduate research contributed to two research papers by Dr Peter waswa and Dr Alex Samula of the Dpt of Agric production Makerere University.   As a genealogy data enumerator contracted under Tribal Tree Uganda my role was to conduct area uppraisal workshops with community authorities as well as conducting and recording genealogical interviews at household level, later taking a data entry role using the Legacy Application. I opened three counties in central Uganda to the genealogical work and conducted interviews for fourth families collecting over 20,000 ancestor names and 5GB worth of family history

  As a data enumerator and auditor on FiBL's Sus-chain project using the SMART farm tool, I Carried out oral interviews with 25 smallholder family farms managing cocoa agroecological systems. This data contributed to the sustainablity response toolkit adopted for development use on smallholder farms.

The entry level free Lance role offered me semi-autonomy to coordinate acquisition and delivery of 350tons of EAGC grade 1 maize, 200tons of simsim and 200tons of millet, realizing a profit margin of 25% in 7 months.Team coordinator role in organisation of 2 chain actor training workshops.
