  In the 3 years I have worked, I enforced rules, monitored the pool to ensure the safety of patrons, identified emergencies and delivered medical support and provided customer service to users and birthday parties.   Assistant swim coach

  In this leadership role, I worked with young swimmer ages 4-10 years old. For the younger kids I assessed them I educated them on a variety of strokes and styles which included getting into the water with them at times. I took attendance, coordinated a few practices for 20+ swimmers in the 9-10 age group and during swimming competitions I used time management skills to help young swimmers get to their events accordingly.
