  I oversaw the day to day activities of the connection center (cell phones), photo lab, pick-up today, site-to-store, and layaway. I kept the associates in those departments motivated while making sure items were in stock and checking the reports for those departments. When needed I also covered the electronics department as a department manager as well. I helped oversee the day to day activities of the front end of the store. The people I helped manage were the cashiers, door greeters, cart pushers, money center, and service desk associates. I worked various departments on the floor including overnight stocker, overnight cashier, layaway, electronics, connection center (cell phones), and I helped wherever there was need in other departments.
