  • Prepare the work programs specifying time required to complete each process of construction such as material procurement mobilization, installation, manpower requirement etc. • Prepare master project schedule and plans during tender and program to the Construction Manager / Project Execution team and clients for review and approval. • Monitor closely each process of the project in co-ordination with the Construction Manager/ planning engineer to ensure that the plan is being followed properly and the work is proceeding as per the programme.
