Office based and client facing role providing support to over 600 student and graduate work placements in a busy University careers department with a strong communications focus. Liaising with local SMEs across the South West to promote placement schemes, internships and graduate jobs.*Managed 'CareerHub' CRM software used by over 80 HE institutions, to share graduate job postings and internships with a reach of 7,000 students and alumni. Used DotMailer to send email campaigns, promoting careers events and graduate workshops.*Worked independently and in a small team to launch and promote two new Santander and Government-funded placement schemes, successfully placing 54 students with local SMEs in its first year.*Organised a varied programme of in-person and digital work placement events, including employer discussion panels, case study videos, competitions, and networking groups. Led on the delivery and planning of strategic and day-to-day external communications for our client, AmplifyChange, a multi-donor sexual and reproductive health and rights fund, with a global reach of over 900 grants in 62 countries. Key responsibilities / achievements include: *Leading the design and project-management of a new website for the fund*Line management, including external consultants and projects*Developing creative content, campaigns and graphics for social media with a combined audience of +16,500 followers, using the channels to promote the fund’s strategic aims, highlight grantee success stories and share learning and funding opportunities*Creating innovative communications products to demonstrate fund impact.
