  Monica attended the University of Minnesota, Twin Cities campus, earning a bachelor’s degree in Natural Resources & Environmental Studies. As a Realtor, she has earned the National Association of Realtor’s Green Designation, focusing on issues of energy efficiency and sustainability in the various facets of real estate. She utilizes this passion and knowledge of the environment to educate people when they build, buy, or retrofit a home. Green living is not everyone’s cup of tea, but most can appreciate the associated cost-savings that accompany choosing high efficiency home features and systems. It’s her pleasure to educate people and help them save a few dollars at the same time! Monica loves biking, canoeing, bird watching, hanging out with friends and family, and exploring the beautiful state of Minnesota!
