  • Plan the maintenance work accordingly the schedule and MPD task.• Provide the necessary support to the work e.g. spare, Tools, T/S manuals related to work.• Keep tracking of the A/C’s Reliability during the operation.• During the operation if any snag occurs, Trouble Shoot the snag by using TSM, AMM, JIC, and IPC as per ATA chapters and takes necessary action.• Monitoring of engine parameters, defect analysis • Refer Service Bulletin provided by ATR, AIRBUS • Knowledge of Aircraft Technical manuals such as AMM, IPC, AWM, ASM, TSM, EDCI, TFU, CMM, SRM.• Knowledge of IAE Engine manuals such as IETM, NDM, Ancillary data manual, Accessories and Overhaul manual, P&W engine manual and Hamilton Sundstrand Propeller manuals.• Keep tracking of the life of the different components of the Engine fleet, airframe etc• Knowledge of the Structure Design of AIRBUS fitted with IAE V2527 A5 Engines• During structural damage of the A/C’s do the damage assessment(e.g. dent, scratch, corrosion etc), • To check the structural design VS allowable damage, and allowable damage reading• To read the drawings, Mapping, Effectively Expressions • SRM repairs e.g. Materials, fasteners, Composites, Spacing and margin data, Doublers Thickness determination etc. • To do Repair design for static strength, design for fatigue behavior, static strength Parameters, Fatigue Parameters • Monitoring the Engine parameters (e.g. EGT, N1, N2, EPR, FF etc.)• Communicate with the manufacturers (AIRBUS, IAE, GOODRICH, MESSIER-DOWTY and ATR) to purpose and approval of designs• Referring various Engine manuals and service bulletins for PW 121, 127E and 127F fitted in ATR and IAE V2527A5 for AIRBUS Show less
