Research was conducted by selecting four in vivo pH profiles from the literature, which were then simulated using McIlvaine buffers of different pH. Dipyridamole tablets were made with tablet press machine and then tested in flow-through dissolution system, using simulated pH profiles. Control dissolution was made in USP II dissolution apparatus. I work in development of bioanalytical assays to provide methods for analysis of test items in several different biological matrices for analysis on LC-MS systems. Conduct of adsorption-desorption studies on different types of soil to determine kinetics of radiolabelled test items in presence of soil.
