  Mondadori Informatica Education was one of the main Microsoft Learning Center serving IT Professional that need to be trained on Microsoft technology. Before entering a classroom I was requested to get Microsoft certification, attend some courses to focus my presentation skills and then pass some internal tests to verify my effectiveness in training people. After being employed I have to keep current my skills, being always update on new products and technologies and keep a high score in student’s feedback. Here are some highlights of my career as a trainer/speaker:• I trained more than 1000 people on networking, platforms (Windows 2003/2000/XP/NT) focusing on directory services, infrastructure (Exchange Server), internet servers (Internet Information Server, Proxy Server, ISA Server). According to feedback forms filled by students at the end of each course, I was evaluated with an average 98/100 on competence and training ability.• I was requested by Mondadory to write a course book to be used during a course on Public Key Infrastructure (PKI)• I was speaker in the Windows Professional Conference (WPC), the main event held each year in Italy on Microsoft technology by Mondadori in partnership with Microsoft that has an audience of several thousand people, during the years from 1998 to 2002.   As a Senior Consultant my task were to be engaged in projects as team leader; specifically i worked for Microsoft Services in the following projects for the Italian mobile operator Telecom Italia Mobile (TIM): • Technical manager of Active Directory Competence Center, the lab and testing facility where new applications that should be integrated with the company directory service are developed and tested.   Working in Public Sector Central Government Account Team Unit I am currently in charge for strategic technical sales in a large customer base composed by most of the major accounts in Italian Government, including the Minister of Economy, Tax Revenue, Welfare, Transportation, Social Security.
