  We specialize in the development of financial models and the presentation of results for complex M&A, tender and Project Finance processes. We focus on the analysis and validation of business and financial hypotheses to assess the profitability and feasibility of high-impact projects.In the M&A area, we analyse both organic and inorganic growth opportunities, including the valuation of assets and companies, managing investment (buy-side) and divestment (sell-side) processes from start to finish, both in Spain and internationally.In the tender process field, we participate in the preparation and analysis of offer documentation, ensuring that it is competitive and financially viable. We also collaborate across teams in project financing processes, working closely with corporate, financial, and legal teams.Additionally, we contribute to the preparation of presentations and strategic documentation for the Board and other decision-making agents, providing clear and well-founded analysis to support key decision-making.
