  Ysleta School District- working PHASE 2. A 7.6 Million dollar HVAC Energy Bundle Retrofit Contract. This involves replacing a total of 404, 17 SEER, hvac package units, on 13 different school campuses. This also includes upgrades on the Energy Management Controls. This is for Ysleta Independent School District. El Paso 2nd largest, local, school district. Host weekly update meetings with clients, subs and school principals. Set up Pre-Construction meetings at every participating school so that the principal and staff can understand what goals we need to achieve and agree on a schedule where we do not interfere with school activities. Before I order the equipment, I walk the school campuses, to make sure we order the correct equipment. We also do an installation walkthrough with our subs to decide on how best to make these transitions fall in place without disrupting classes. Most of the work falls on weekends, and holidays when school is out. We average full installation of 25 units on a 12 hour day. Mechanically installed, electrical connections hooked up, condensation and plumbing installed, EMS wiring installed and calibrated, and factory approved technical start up. We are at least 60 days ahead of completion scheduled date. Ysleta school district Phase 1-Just closed a 13 million dollar contract retrofitting conventional lighting to LED. This project started on December 2016 and we completed it on April 01, 2018. We touched a total of 60 school/facilities and retrofitted over 80,000 conventional, mixed, light fixtures to high efficiency, super energy saving LED lights. Scheduled morning walk through sessions with EMS Manager to make sure we were delivering 100% customer satisfaction. Our normal work schedule was Monday thru Sunday, 5 PM to 5 AM. Show less
