      As an Area Sales Manager at Panasonic India, my primary responsibility was to manage the sales of Adishwar stores across Karnataka. In this role, I was responsible for driving sales, managing resources, and improving overall sales performance across the region. I worked closely with the Adishwar owners and store managers to improve branding, positioning, and display share of Panasonic products, resulting in increased counter share.One of the key responsibilities in my role was to lead a team of 50 in-shop employees, including promoters, sales executives, and store managers. I assigned monthly targets to each member of the team and monitored their performance, providing feedback and coaching as necessary. I also provided regular training and mentoring to help them improve their productivity and sales skills.Another key area of focus in my role was organizing and conducting various in-store customer engagement activities. These activities included product demonstrations, promotions, and other events designed to increase footfalls and drive sales. By engaging with customers directly and providing them with a positive shopping experience, we were able to build brand loyalty and increase sales.One of the most significant accomplishments during my time at Panasonic was increasing the counter share of Panasonic from 12% to 17% within a span of eight months.
